Ticketmaster Presale 2027: How It Works and Which Tours

How a Ticketmaster presale works

Ticketmaster is the primary ticket seller for a large share of arena and stadium tours in the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, much of continental Europe, Mexico and Australia. Presales on Ticketmaster are normally unlocked inside a Ticketmaster account: depending on the presale, access comes from an offer code sent by the issuing partner, from a registration (Verified Fan) or from the account itself being linked to an eligible membership or card. A virtual queue usually opens shortly before the start time, and each event carries a per-customer ticket limit shown on the event page.

Ticketmaster presale checklist for 2027

1. Create or update your Ticketmaster account well before the presale day (name, phone number, payment card).
2. If a tour uses Verified Fan, register within the registration window — registering does not guarantee tickets.
3. Join the queue a few minutes before the start time from a single device and browser tab.
4. Check the ticket limit and the mobile-ticket rules on the event page before you check out.

Ticketmaster presale and codes

We never publish Ticketmaster presale codes. When a presale uses a code, it is issued by the partner running that window — artist, card issuer, promoter or venue — and is often unique to each buyer. Our alert tells you when the window opens and which channel controls it.
