Ticketek Presale 2027: How It Works and Which Tours

How a Ticketek presale works

Ticketek is one of the two main ticket sellers in Australia (with Ticketmaster) and also operates in New Zealand. Many Australian stadiums and arenas sell through Ticketek, so an Australian tour often splits between Ticketek and Ticketmaster city by city. Australian presales are frequently run by the tour promoter (for example a free promoter membership) before the general on-sale.

Ticketek presale checklist for 2027

1. Check, city by city, whether the venue sells through Ticketek or Ticketmaster.
2. Create the Ticketek account in advance and save your payment details.
3. Read the promoter's presale conditions — membership presales usually require signing up before a deadline.

Ticketek presale and codes

We never publish Ticketek presale codes. When a presale uses a code, it is issued by the partner running that window — artist, card issuer, promoter or venue — and is often unique to each buyer. Our alert tells you when the window opens and which channel controls it.
